Cake Flavours

All of the cakes at All Cakes and Sizes are baked fresh to order. We believe that our cakes should not just look beautiful but taste delicious too therefore we only use the freshest and finest ingredients.

All our wedding cakes are covered with a thin layer of White Chocolate Ganache (Belgium Chocolate + Cream) before covering with Swiss patisserie style fondant icing in order for us to achieve a sharp or rounded smooth clean edge.

Classic Vanilla

Light Madagascan Vanilla Sponge, drizzled with a Vanilla Syrup, layered with a Vanilla Buttercream and a choice of Seedless Raspberry or Strawberry Conserve

Zesty Lemon

A moist Lemon Sponge infused with lemon zest, drizzled with a Lemon Syrup, layered with Lemon Buttercream and Lemon Curd

Chocolate

A rich Chocolate Sponge layered with a Light Mousse-Like Buttercream and Chocolate Ganache

Caramel

A moist Caramel Cake made with Dulce de Leche and layered with Caramel Buttercream and extra Caramel

Almond Bakewell

A moist Almond Cake filled with an Almond Buttercream and Seedless Raspberry Conserve

Carrot + Walnut

A delightful Carrot Cake with Chopped Walnuts, a hint of Coconut and Cinnamon layered with Cream Cheese Buttercream

Strawberry + Champagne

Champagne infused sponge layered with Champagne Buttercream and Strawberry and Champagne Preserve

Passion Fruit + White Chocolate

Light Moist Sponge layered with White Chocolate Buttercream and Passion Fruit Curd

White Chocolate & Raspberry

Light Sponge filled with Raspberry Buttercream and White Chocolate Ganache

Banana & Salted Caramel

Moist Banana Cake layered with Caramel Buttercream and a Salted Caramel Drizzle

Apple & Cinnamon

Spiced Apple Sponge Cake Layered with Cinnamon Buttercream

Coconut & Lime

Coconut and Lime Zest Sponge layered with Coconut Buttercream and Lime Curd

Fruit Cake

A rich Brandy soaked fruit cake baked at least 12 weeks before your event, covered with a delicious Almond White Marzipan layer.

All of our cakes are produced in an environment where gluten, nuts, milk and eggs are present. We cannot guarantee that a product will be 100% free hence you must let us know at the time of ordering if you are intolerant to any of these ingredients.

Gluten free:

We can offer some of our cake flavours as gluten free. Not all the cakes work well with the gluten free flour therefore please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Nuts

Several of our cakes contain nuts as an ingredient therefore we cannot guarantee that our kitchen is nut free. If you have a nut allergy please contact us to discuss your requirements.
