During this intensive 3-day sugar flower masterclass you will learn how to make a selection of beautiful and realistic wired sugar flowers to include:
- O’Hara Rose
- Pompom Dahlia
- Ripe and unripe blackberries
- Assorted foliage to include silver dollar and baby eucalyptus
You will learn how to work with sugar flower paste to achieve delicate and realistic petals, using paste and dust colours to bring colour variation to your flowers.
Importantly you will work with the flower you have made to create a sugar flower arrangement on a dummy cake, discussing arrangement techniques and floral composition.
All materials and equipment will be provided. However we do recommend that you bring an apron, pen and paper for making notes and also a cameraphone can be useful for taking photos at different stages of the flower making process for you to refer to at a later date if required.
All techniques taught by Cove Cake Design in this Sugar Flower Masterclass dated 9th – 11th November 2018 are for your own personal or business use, and techniques are not to be replicated for the purposes of teaching to other students in classes for my own financial gain.
